Job Description Sutherland is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives / Customer Support Associates / Sales Associates for an International BPO Blended Process (50% Voice & 50% Chat) supporting North American customers. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries, sales calls, upselling, and cross-selling, while delivering excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers Provide end-to-end customer support, query resolution, and issue handling Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services Meet CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance Accurately document interactions in CRM systems Required Skills: International BPO Customer Service Inbound Voice Process Chat Support / Blended Process Sales, Upselling & Cross-Selling Customer Support Executive Customer Care / Customer Experience Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written) North America Process / US Shift Eligibility Criteria: 1 / 3 years experience in International BPO (Customer Service / Sales) Strong communication skills for both voice and chat processes Comfortable working in Night Shifts / US Shifts / North America Time Zone Male candidates from Indore, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered) Salary & Benefits (Search-Optimized): CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Stable role with a leading global BPO company Note: Sutherland never requests payment or favors in exchange for job opportunities.
