QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales and/or marketing roles, ideally within industrial, technical, or B2B environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Practical understanding of industrial electrical systems, with expertise in controls and automation (required).
  • Hands-on experience with industrial electrical installations, control panels, and automation technologies (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive presentations and client proposals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity to develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
