Job Description Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in construction, infrastructure, and civil works Promote ready-mix, precast, and special concrete solutions Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts Achieve sales volume, margin, and growth targets Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing Technical Support Advise clients on concrete mix designs, applications, and performance requirements Support engineers, contractors, and consultants during project design and execution Assist with project specifications and approvals Investigate technical issues (workability, strength, setting, durability, cracking, etc.) Coordinate with quality control and production teams Project & Customer Support Follow up projects from order to delivery Resolve site issues and customer complaints Conduct site visits to monitor concrete placement and performance Provide training and product presentations to clients Internal Coordination Work closely with production, logistics, and quality departments Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated Provide market feedback to management Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of experience in concrete, construction materials, or technical sales Strong knowledge of concrete technology and construction practices Ability to read drawings and technical specifications Valid driver’s license Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of concrete mix design, admixtures, and performance Commercial awareness and negotiation skills Customer-oriented mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Additional Information Special requirements Undertake such additional duties which may from time to time be required.
