Summary EQUITONE is a flagship Etex brand specialising in architectural fibre cement façade materials. These through-coloured panels are primarily specified by architects for creating unique, durable, and sustainable ventilated façade systems.What you'll do We’re looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer; ANZ to join our Sales & Marketing team for Equitone. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert supporting façade projects across Australia and New Zealand—from specification to installation and beyond.   You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, installers, and distributors, delivering technical guidance, training, and on-site support. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining technical documentation, certifications, and compliance standards, while contributing to product development and continuous improvement initiatives.   Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end technical support across the customer journey across ANZ Build strong relationships with distributors, installers, and façade consultants Deliver technical training and on-site installation guidance Maintain and update technical libraries and documentation Support certification processes and ensure compliance with ANZ standards Assist with claims and complaints management via Salesforce Contribute to product development, testing, and technical projects What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science) or Architecture; equivalent knowledge gained through substantial industry experience may be considered 5+ years in the Australian construction industry, ideally in façades; experience may include engineering consultancy, working with building materials (particularly architectural façades), or technical roles within construction Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications Solid understanding of Australian and New Zealand construction codes and façade compliance Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); Revit and Adobe InDesign/Illustrator experience a plus Proven ability to develop technical manuals, guidelines, and documentation for construction or building materials Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration Why join us?
