Uraian Pekerjaan Business Development: Develop the Retail and Trade Business in East Java, focusing on expanding sales coverage in the residential project sector. Project Acquisition: Search for and collect project information (new project pipelines & construction stages) and ensure business sustainability by identifying and addressing market gaps in new residential projects. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and distributors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop the new residential market through effective cross-selling across product teams. Technical Consultation: Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate how our products meet client needs and specifications. Commercial Negotiation: Conduct negotiations on pricing and product specifications to secure deals. References: Build strong residential project references to accelerate business growth within the retail segment. Kualifikasi Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Industry Background: Mandatory: Must have a background in Retail. Advantage: Background in Building Materials and/or Residential Project Sales is highly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of project specifications and construction stages. Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills. Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit and resilient mindset. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
