My client are specialists in precision engineering, and they are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will maintain the current customer accounts, identify and develop new business relationships.

Technical Sales Engineer Responsibilities;

  • Support the senior management team in assisting with development of strategy ifor market opportunities
  • Liaising with new and existing customers to understand the technical engineering demands.
  • Interpret technical drawings to provide accurate quotations
  • Provide technical support to clients and contractors
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Delivering on agreed sales targets
  • Attend site visits and technical meetings when required
  • Maintain the customer database as needed

Technical Sales Engineer Experience;

  • Degree or equivalent in engineering would be advantageous
  • Experience or knowledge of the CNC/Precision engineering processes would be advantageous.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Must possess strong numerical skills
  • Must be a team player
