JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial
gases and related equipment across Ireland. This is a key role focused on managing
and growing business with our industrial clients. You will be responsible for direct
sales to large enterprises, developing and supporting our network of agents, and
managing our hobby welding network. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Proven experience in a technical sales role, ideally within the industrial gas, welding,
or manufacturing sectors. Experience managing a sales network is a plus.
Strong technical aptitude, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability
to build long-lasting relationships.
Proficiency in account management, administration, and IT systems is essential.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Full clean driving license is essential

Responsibilities

Actively prospect and win new large enterprise accounts in the industrial sector
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
Nurture and grow existing relationships with major industrial clients to ensure high
levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Support and train our network of sales agents and the hobby weld network to ensure
they meet their sales targets
Provide technical support and advice to customers on the application of our industrial
gases (e.g., argon, nitrogen, oxygen, acetylene) and associated equipment
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities
to identify areas for growth
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities,
forecasts, and results
