We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan. The position is initially offered on a one-year contract basis, with potential for long-term career growth, accompanied by an attractive remuneration package. Job Description Responsibilities: Diagnose technical issues and clearly communicate recommended solutions to customers. Promote and sell technical products or services while expanding the customer base. Develop new business relationships and respond to technical inquiries from clients. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase how the solutions meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely solution delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their technical needs and providing suitable solutions. Develop and manage retail market booths for general trade and modern trade in the Kalimantan area. Serve as a liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure seamless communication and support. Qualifications Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with experience in retail distribution; familiarity with building materials is an advantage. Technical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain product features, provide clear technical guidance, and perform effective troubleshooting, supported by good English communication skills. Personal Attributes: Honest, highly motivated, resilient, responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Work Location & Mobility: Willing to be based in Banjarmasin and to travel, including undertaking temporary assignments in Balikpapan, Samarinda, and Palangkaraya.
