Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell our range of bearings and power transmission products to end-users in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in technical sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
2 - 6 years of proven technical sales experience, preferably in product sales directly to end-users.
Experience in rotating equipment (e.g., bearings, gearboxes, motors) is a significant advantage.
Confident and well-spoken with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (end-users) in the manufacturing, oil & gas, and other relevant industries.
Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions based on our product portfolio.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
