We are seeking a Sales Engineer with strong HVAC knowledge, building supplies/products, or related industries etc.. to build and maintain relationships with Engineers, Consultants, Designers, Architects, Builders, Developers, and Contractors. The goal is to drive product specification and adoption, ensuring our products are recognized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recent sales experience in HVAC, building supplies, building products or related industries etc.
• Minimum of 5 years’ engineering experience.
• Proven ability to achieve financial results and meet sales targets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, and industry professionals through consistent visits and engagement.
• Provide technical support, product guidance, and professional presentations to influence project specifications.
• Maintain detailed databases of contacts, projects, and market activity.
• Monitor industry trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support bidding and proposal processes, including troubleshooting and site visits as needed.
• Mentor and train team members on technical and sales skills.
• Attend trade shows, industry meetings, and product training seminars.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
