REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate with experience in Cooling Tower, Chiller, Pumps, HVAC or Industrial equipment will have added advantage. However it is not a must.
• Experienced in Commercial, Pharmaceutical or Semi conductor client based.
• Fresh grad is welcome to apply.

• Coordination on enquiries and quotation from prospective clients.
• Assist the Sales Team to coordinate on technical and cost information from suppliers, compilation and submission.
• Prepare, consolidate and maintain records of revamp and projects purchase orders, contract, agreement and correspondence.
• Assist the group manager in preparing presentation slides.
