NOV ReedHycalog is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to grow our footprint and deliver high-performance solutions across Mozambique. What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you will: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their drilling plans and operational needs * Promote and deliver tailored ReedHycalog solutions to maximize performance and value * Identify new business opportunities, support tender processes, and expand market share * Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and product performance * Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful tool runs and customer satisfaction * Manage the full sales cycle—from order processing to invoicing and payment follow-ups * Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets What You Bring * A university degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience * Proven sales experience, ideally within oil & gas or drilling environments * Strong understanding of drilling, geology, or hydraulics (advantageous) * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset * Strong problem-solving and time management abilities Why Join NOV ReedHycalog?
