3) Job Scope:

• Provide after sales technical support and solution.
• Assist to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s products & services.
• Attend site meetings, provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after sales services support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
• Offerings to effectively position the company’s services & products in the market.
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/ consultants/ developers to promote sales
• Preparation of project schedule, safety documents for safety submission

Other duties as assigned.

4) Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related studies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Experienced in handling multiple projects
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in professional and responsive manner
• Capable of interpreting building schematics drawings, electrical drawing/layout
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge in Programming & Networking (i.e: AT commands, Microsoft, Linux, TCP/IP basic, AutoCAD, Autodesk, etc.)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Works well under pressure and well time management

Basic understanding of networking system.

• 5 days/ week (Monday-Friday) 0900-1800hrs
