ABOUT YOU
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the water-environmental sector, with practical and positive outlook. Proven experience within the UK Municipal Sector is highly preferred, in addition to sales management, preferably within the technical or Engineering sectors to the Water Industry.
You will have a strong commercial acumen and knowhow of the sales lifecycle from conception to delivery. You will also have a demonstrated ability to manage and grow large accounts, with a focus on long-term client relationships & key account management.
Willingness and ability to travel to support your customers with their requirements and maintain key relationships is paramount.

Siltbuster is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to support our Municipal Wastewater Treatment Sector operations in the Midlands, ideally based in the Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent or Coventry area. The successful sector Sales Engineer will maintain and build relationships both new and old customers whilst promoting and developing our brand and reputation as an industry leader. This role works remotely but not in isolation, it is part of a wider team of Sales Engineers with a wealth of experience that they are happy to share. The role additionally has the support of an excellent back-office team. Travel and occasional stays away from home are a regular part of the job.
The role requires a proven, extensive experience of scoping and delivering multiple projects from initial conception and prospecting to order close-out and handover.
