Description

Megawatts Engineering Services Pte Ltd, a leading provider of innovative energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our solar energy, electric vehicle (EV), and battery energy storage system (BESS) offerings within the Pioneer West Region.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar energy, EV, and BESS markets
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their energy needs and requirements
  • Providing technical expertise and support in the design, specification, and implementation of customised energy solutions
  • Collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new contracts
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role within the energy or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex technical solutions and services
  • Strong understanding of solar energy, EV, and BESS technologies, applications, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language
  • Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant technical qualifications, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering (Power/Clean Energy) or a related field
  • Possess own vehicle will be an advantage
