POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking two (2) dynamic Technical Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in industrial product sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with clients in various industrial sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in industrial sales (e.g., automotive refinishing, marine, aerospace, construction, or related fields).
  • Age: Under 32 years old.
  • Valid UAE Driving License: Mandatory requirement to travel to client sites and attend customer meetings.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of surface preparation, finishing products, and industrial sales processes.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish contacts, and develop relationships with potential clients in sectors like Automotive, Marine, Wood, Aerospace, Construction, Transport, and Oil & Gas.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our top-tier brands and solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, product trainings, and post-sales support.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for product and service improvements.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and periodic reports to monitor performance and support decision-making.
