Location: Hybrid Working (home / office / field)
Hours: 8.30 – 5.30 (40 hours per week) but some flexibility required

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued growth of our products and customer base in the UK we are looking to recruit for a Technical Sales Executive to cover the Midlands region of England. This role will be responsible for working with our customers to ensure that they understand our product offering, to support them to activate and use the product, measure their usage and ensure that it is aligned with our and their expectations, to help them to diagnose, calibrate and program vehicles and return them to pre-accident condition to their customers. The role will also entail lead generation, following up with product demonstration and sales. Installations and training will also be required as part of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide account management support to our Bodyshop and SMR customers in your territory
· To understand their needs and ensure that they are fully supported in the activation and use of the product
· Once activated to encourage and monitor the use of the remote services to ensure they are aligned with expectations
· Organise events in MSO’s to gain maximum traction and support from the management for the usage of the tools and in particular remote services
· Build strong relationships to enable the up sale of other products and services
· Create leads and achieve targets for the sale of ADAS, diagnostic and remote service equipment
· Proactive account planning and understanding key focus and priorities.
· Responsible for organising customer visit plan’s, documenting visit, reports and presenting customer performance to the National Sales Manager
· Activity management using Sales CRM methods and tools
· Monthly reporting for customers with recommendations.
· Utilising internal reporting to identify areas of issue or concern to enable these to be addressed with the client
· Feedback into the business of products, services and developments require that would support customers’ needs and our growth strategy
