Responsibilities
  • Increase revenue in the designated sales area; develop the sales pipeline.
  • Retain existing clients and seek new clients; expand a client base with regular sales.
  • Organise sales visits and liaise with clients.
  • Provide product advice and align solutions to client needs.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and provide pre- and post-sale technical assistance.
  • Promote rental, calibration, and repair services.
  • Identify new products and services and research potential new markets.
  • Assist with tenders, proposals, quotations, and contracts; follow up on quotations and update the quotation register; manage account/discounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and report to the General Manager; achieve monthly sales targets.
