Job Description To take lead and involve in the project proposal submission technically and commercially. To promote and sell all existing services within I&E Division especially related to Upstream Services. To provide technical support to the laboratory as and when required To cross sell any other services related to SGS services To meet/follow up with customer regularly for the submitted quotation To promote and sell in food and environment industries which involve in microbiological testing services. To ensure that all customer enquiries are followed-up and closed successfully with the ultimate goal of achieving monthly sales target/KPI. Receive, cold-calling and follow-up on inbound and outbound calls enquiries To ensure monthly proposal/quotation target is satisfactory achieved or exceeded. To meet and achieve monthly sales target set by the I&E Upstream Lab To prepare, arrange and coordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meeting, training, seminars, and etc. Manage documents control, filing and project deliverables and process signed quotation/proposals. To create awareness campaign and upsell of the new services offered by the business lines by visiting to clients and survey result was collected at the end of the meetings. Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior for any improvement for to meet operational excellence of the service offered. Adhere to SGS Code of Integrity and client confidentiality agreements. At all times, adopt safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures and maintain a quality and safety awareness culture. To comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) local regulation (Occupational Safety and Health Act 1996, Factory and Machinery Act 1967, Environmental Quality Act 1974). To report any hazard/risk, near-miss and incident in Crystal system. Ensure that all Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements are met. Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance to ISO 17020 & MIBAS policy, 17065 & ACB policy and ISO17025 & SAMM policy"(where applicable/required). Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management Qualifications Degree in Science, Chemistry or Engineering Minimum 2-3 years working in Oil, Gas or chemical plant or engineering firm or other related industries Field Experience in Sampling/ Production Chemical / Corrosion is added advantaged Additional Information Fluent in English and local language, both presentation and writing skills Excellent planning and organization skills Excellent telephone etiquette Team player, ability to network Independent and work with minimum supervision Troubleshooter, problem solver Ability to work well under pressure to achieve desired goals and deliver results within set timelines.
