Job Description Take lead and involve in the project proposal submission technically and commercially. Promote and sell all existing services within I&E Division especially related to Upstream Services. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with customers to secure business and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, meetings, and customer support activities. Support project submissions, sample collection arrangements, training, seminars, and other customer-related activities. Provide basic technical support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery. Manage sales documentation, quotations, proposals, records, and project-related deliverables. Create awareness campaign and upsell of the new services offered by the business lines by visiting to clients and survey result was collected at the end of the meetings. Ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. Comply with SGS policies, quality standards, client confidentiality requirements, and all applicable Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Report hazards, risks, incidents, and near-misses in accordance with company procedures. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Qualifications Degree in Science, Chemistry or Engineering Minimum 2-3 years working in Oil, Gas or chemical plant or engineering firm or other related industries Field Experience in Sampling/ Well Testing / Well Integrity is added advantage Additional Information Additional Requirements Fluent in English and local language, both presentation and writing skills Excellent planning and organization skills Excellent telephone etiquette Team player, ability to network Independent and work with minimum supervision Troubleshooter, problem solver Ability to work well under pressure to achieve desired goals and deliver results within set timelines. Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to generate graphs/charts and write reports.
