JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on, customer-focused professional who can effectively communicate the technical benefits of our products and services to clients, drive business development, and provide expert support throughout the sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, field sales, or a similar customer-facing role. (minimum 2 years)
  • Relevant experience within ESD control or transferable skills from a similar sector i.e. industrial furniture, Industrial packaging, Instrument sales or Electronics manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region (full UK driving licence required).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or diploma in engineering, physical sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities and generate new leads through site visits, video meetings, and cold calling.
  • Conduct technical consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and visit logs.
