KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients across Europe within the Paint Systems domain of our Customer Service Business Line in the Robotics Division in Friedberg. You will be responsible for managing technical assessments, aligning customer requirements with ABB’s product portfolio, and ensuring successful project negotiations through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid, Remote
This role is contributing to the Business Line Customer Service within Robotics Division in Friedberg, Germany. Main stakeholders are European customers, European customer Service teams, internal engineering teams, project management, and global ABB entities.
