JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven and technically skilled Refrigeration Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify client needs, recommend tailored refrigeration solutions, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial refrigeration systems, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients in industries such as food processing, cold storage, and manufacturing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial), business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, technical sales, or a related field.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Solid understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, applications, and components.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
