Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure customer-centric solutions. Identify new business opportunities and target markets. Initiate customer engagement through visits, calls, and presentations. Understand customer needs and create tailored business proposals. Negotiate pricing, specifications, and contractual terms. Manage customer accounts and drive expansion activities. Oversee accounts receivable and negotiate payment terms. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Manage key stakeholders across the organization and customer base. Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients. Influence customer perceptions to promote product adoption. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare detailed reports. Provide technical support and act as a problem solver for customers. Participate in domestic trade fairs and follow up on leads. Manage dealer networks in Automotive and Industrial segments (added advantage). Experience in sales development with Passenger Cars, Two-Wheeler & Tractor segment. Qualifications BTech / BE (Mechanical engineering). Sales experience minimum of 5+ years in Automotive OEM Sales. Experience in Dealer management (OE / Aftermarket) is added advantage. Additional Information Proven experience in Automotive OEM and Industrial sales (added advantage). Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Hands-on experience in product costing. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Technical aptitude to support customer requirements. Driver’s License Microsoft Office at user level Department: Region
