JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop solid & trusted strong business relationships with all the Veterinary Pet Shops, Strategic Accounts, General Trade and distributor partners including conducting business review and key account management plan to drive visibility and growth, sales productivity.
  • Design and ensure long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive functional attributes of the Pet Solution pantry to pet owners and veterinary professionals.
  • Working in the field with distributor team to maximize sales for our distributor partners through distribution and selling opportunities, sufficient product training, team coaching on individual selling and leadership skill.
  • Develop and implement training programs for commercial teams and customers and ensure value creation. This includes regular visits and engagement with key customers and Veterinary customers.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from commercial teams, veterinary professionals, and pet owners in a timely manner.
  • Keep the marketing and commercial team up-to-date with any new competitor products or marketing activity.
  • Effectively manage the regional budget for technical marketing.
  • To communicate the activities to distributor sales supervisors/representatives to make sure that the activities are implemented properly and effectively.
  • To handle objections and complaints effectively and follow up all the requests from key customers.
  • Generates forecast which is translated from market demand potency & distribution plans.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal supporting team to ensure proper business process and compliance.
  • To manage A/R effectively.
  • To manage time effectively to ensure that all the tasks are implemented efficiently.

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in companion animal nutrition and distributor management.
  • Strong knowledge of pet food science.
  • Great interpersonal skills with strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills, Budget management skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Having a high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team.
  • Availability to make constant field/customer visits.
  • Capacity to work in a matrix organization, Team player.
  • Experience doing below the line activities indoor or outdoor and familiar in handling SPG, TL and other promo activities (below the line)
  • Based in Makati, Manila
  • Companion Animal, Animal Nutrition or Pet Food is preferred.
  • Should work with or know about distribution management, commercial skills.
  • Experience in managing distributors and/or key accounts.
  • Have excellence communication skill, spoken & written in English.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Have excellence analytical thinking skill and result oriented/driven.
  • Have excellence negotiation and presentation skill.
  • High collaborative person.
  • Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethics.
