JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: The Curve Building
Position: Technical Sales Manager
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 20,000 (based on experience)
Availability: Immediate joiners only

Key Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in the UAE
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the Marine Industry (Spare Parts focus)
  • Proven track record in business development & client relationship management within the marine sector
  • Strong knowledge of marine spare parts, suppliers, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for marine spare parts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with ship owners, shipyards, and marine service providers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for technical support and solution delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
