POSITION SUMMARY:
Flint Group’s mission is to bring color to the world through innovative and sustainable Packaging and Print Media product development and manufacturing. We are looking to expand our team with a Technical Sales Manager for Packaging Ink.
As Technical Sales Manager for Packaging Ink, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the packaging printing industry. You be able to establish strong relationships with key customers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven track record of success in sales growth, with at least 5 years of experience in the packaging industry or related field.
· Must live in Quebec and must be able to speak fluent French in a technical and sales environment.
· Experience in Flexible Packaging is a must.
· Experience in Flexographic Paper and Board and/or Sheetfed Packaging applications would be advantageous.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
· Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
