4-6 years of relevant experience in service solutioning, presales, or technical support, preferably in telecommunications, IT services, or adjacent industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to connect technical features to business outcomes. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience or familiarity with In-Building construction services is a plus. Interest or aptitude in using automation platforms, data analytics, or AI tools to enhance solutioning and proposal development. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, global teams. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related technical field. Experience with service delivery frameworks or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, eTOM) is beneficial.
