Job Description We are looking for an energetic, highly driven individual to join our Sales team and grow new business with key customers in the North-West Region. This role will be stationed in Bangaluru. As an Account Manager, you will be working closely with hardware engineering and purchasing contacts directly. The ability to develop an expertise in XP's power supply products with an in-depth knowledge of our industry are keys to success. Your areas of responsibilities include the following: Sale Management Prospect and identify new customers and opportunities. Manage and retain existing customer to develop new programs. Assist customer in resolving technical issues. Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to differentiate our solution from competitors. Update and maintain Salesforce Database Follow up and update on Project status. Follow up with customers and update on forecast To follow through the sales process from order to shipment. Create and adapt strategies to meet productivity and revenue goals. Visit customers regularly while building personal working relationships with key hardware engineering and purchasing contacts Identify the customers in your region which have a sizable spend in power supply products and are attracted to XP Power’s value proposition. Create and maintain a focus account list which describes the customers that drive your productivity. Customer Service Manage customer complaints and RMA returns. Maintain and update Salesforce Contact Database Focus on the total customer experience in all interactions with customers and partners. System and Processes Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures. Work closely with the inside sales, quality engineers, application engineers with other supporting staffs. Local Management Assist and facilitate local sales team in Program/Project management, Booking and Shipping, Market Segmentation etc.. Manage local office and HR matters. Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in promoting Power supply with good knowledge of Power Supplies (SMPS, Dc-Dc converter) and power electronics Ability to work independently Proven ability to expertly negotiate and close net-new opportunities. An exceptional communicator –someone who is articulate, confident, self-aware and personable. Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets in Business development. Responsibilities

The Technical Sales Manager will prospect and identify new customers while managing existing accounts to develop new programs. They will work closely with hardware engineering and purchasing contacts to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
