Responsibilities
  • Even before official project tenders, long-term orientated, you are actively networked with existing and new customers on site, via LinkedIn etc., bring the innovative & high-quality HIS brand portfolio in detail to customer project management, procurement and at decision-maker level and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Together with the customer, you put together technically customised HISenergy and HISconnect solutions, always keeping an eye on life cycle costs and maximum customer benefit, concluding lucrative deals
  • Working closely with HIS/HIK GmbH Product Development, you will contribute specific customer requirements, closely monitor the RE Renewables Energy competitive landscape, technological trends beyond RE and provide valuable input for product development, sales and marketing strategies
  • You create meaningful customer technology reports and sales reports in the CRM system and always keep your electrical engineering knowledge up to date
  • Together with the HIS order and logistics team, you keep an eye on the hard stop, i.e. agreed delivery dates.
  • As a competent, well-organised contact person, you support HIS Sales Manager colleagues in technical tasks
  • Within HIS, you share your knowledge in professional collaboration for the continuous exchange of experience.
