Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be a key player in driving the adoption of Heaten’s transformative technology. Combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, you will identify and develop industrial market opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to inbound customer inquiries, while actively identifying and developing industrial markets worldwide, with a particular focus on Europe.
  • Conducting research and networking to discover and pursue new business opportunities, driving acquisition efforts.
  • Developing concept studies using thermodynamic simulation tools and providing expert technical advice to clients.
  • Partnering with engineering and product development teams to relay customer insights and support continuous product improvement.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to shape effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Representing Heaten at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding your professional network.
  • Supporting the automation of customer journey processes to optimize the sales experience.
