TECHNICAL SALES
· Developing and implementing sales strategies for Roytec’s product suite, to meet or exceed agreed company revenue and market share targets.
· Driving the sales and success of Roytec’s product offerings, ensuring that growth objectives are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
· Collaborating with the Divisional Sales Managers, Engineering, Contracts, Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure that equipment solutions offered meet customer needs.
· Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies to improve sales performance.
· Participating in the company’s forecasting, and budgeting processes, and providing commentary on sales performance.
· Tender follow-up with customers to provide reliable sales forecast updates and project execution timelines for resource allocation.
