Description

Join Tricel as a Technical Sales Manager and take the lead in growing our water division across a vibrant territory—from Peterborough to North-East London. You’ll be out in the field at least four days a week, meeting clients, scouting new opportunities, and driving sales through strategic site visits and customer engagement. Working closely with internal estimators and collaborating across group companies, you’ll unlock the full potential of our product portfolio to exceed targets and deliver real impact.
Locations: Peterborough, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northhampton, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Lincoln, Northern-East London Area.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for raising Tricel’s profile within the specified area to ensure Tricel is the customer first choice;
  • Present, promote and sell the Tricel portfolio of products and services to maximise opportunities for sales growth;
  • Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers;
  • Completion of site surveys as and when required to generate quotations and successfully be able to convert these into orders;
  • Providing quotations based upon technical specifications;
  • Negotiation of prices within the agreed pricing structure to maintain strong margins;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation;
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge;
  • Self-management of weekly journey plan to maximise efficient use of time;
  • Inputting accurate data into company CRM system ensuring it is up to date;
  • Responsible for producing accurate reports within expected timescales;
  • Any other duties, as assigned by management, to meet the needs of the business.
