JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our technical sales force, focused on remanufacturing and retrofit projects for large CNC machines. This role bridges the gap between engineering and customer relations—ideal for someone who enjoys both technical challenges and client interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery, ideally CNC equipment
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, retrofits, and machine tool technology
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven, hands-on, and willing to travel occasionally for customer visits

• Develop and present technical refurbishment proposals for large CNC machines
• Collaborate closely with our internal engineering, production, and service teams
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, assess machine condition, and present tailored upgrade/retrofit solutions
• Support the sales process from concept development through quotation and final negotiation
• Serve as a technical liaison between Herkules USA and its customers during proposal development and project execution
