VELUX Commercial is a division in the VELUX Group established in 2019 and comprises the former JET, Vitral and VELUX Modular Skylights organisations. Today, VELUX Commercial operates as one company with more than 1100 people in 11 countries and offers to support building professionals throughout the entire process from specification to delivery and maintenance of daylight and ventilation solutions for industrial, commercial and public buildings. Your challenges In this role, you will join our Sales Operations Export team with colleagues sitting in Budapest and Romania. You will play a key role in supporting the sales process by combining technical expertise with operational efficiency for national and international projects. You'll ensure smooth project execution, accurate order processing, and timely invoicing, while acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and external partners. . Your areas of responsibility include: Technical Support & Project Assistance (60%) Provide technical support during project planning and execution Review customer requirements and assist in technical clarification Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project files Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for technical solutions Administrative Processing & Invoicing (40%) Handle the complete order process: from quotation to invoicing Maintain and update ERP systems (Navision) with accurate order data Coordinate delivery schedules and installation timelines Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Support reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders Support product selection and specification based on project needs Contribute to offer preparation with technical input Track technical changes and assess their impact on project timelines and costs You can expect to travel approx. 10 days per year. Your qualifications We expect that you have: Technical education or equivalent qualification (e.g. technician, technical sales specialist) Experience in technical sales, project coordination, or back office roles Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Structured and independent working style Strong communication skills and team orientation Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) Experience with AutoCAD is highly desirable Your opportunities At VELUX Commercial, we strive to create a fulfilling and impactful work environment for everyone.
