As a Technical Sales Rep/ Quality Control Specialist, you will be the heart and soul of our farmer and grower customer engagement efforts. Your mission is to create meaningful connections with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and become a trusted advisor whom they turn to, guiding them through their journey with us and making a positive impact on their experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree or certificate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Biology or similar.
  • A passion for helping others succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and knowledge above all else!
  • A positive attitude that inspires those around you.
Responsibilities
