Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and growing our product range by demonstrating new machinery, visiting farms, building strong customer relationships, and following up on sales leads. You’ll assist with field days, on-farm demonstrations, marketing activities, and product displays, while also providing customers with technical knowledge and support. From quoting and negotiating to arranging deliveries and after-sales follow-up, you’ll see the sales process through from start to finish. Ongoing training will be provided to help you develop your skills, and you’ll work closely with the team to uphold our dealership’s reputation and brand values in the local community.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, agricultural experience is necessary, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will also need to be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
