Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the vehicle refinishing sector based in Perth. This role combines sales expertise with technical know-how, helping customers get the best results from our Vehicle Refinish brands and products while building strong, long-term relationships.
No previous sales experience? No problem — sales training will be provided to set you up for success.
You’ll work closely with body shops, distributors, and end-users, providing technical advice, training, and tailored solutions — all while driving sales growth across your territory.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote and sell our premium refinishing solutions to body shops and distributors
  • Provide on-site technical demonstrations, product training, and support
  • Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences
