REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, communications, or marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant capital sales experience (experience in scientific instrumentation or technical sales preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems (highly preferred).

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed targets
✔ Experience in CRM and sales tracking tools
✔ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Provide on-site training and technical support to customers, ensuring effective use of HunterLab products.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on major accounts and mentor new associates to enhance their sales expertise.
  • Represent HunterLab at conventions and trade shows, showcasing our unique value proposition to potential clients.
