Position Overview:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Soilmec, TEI, Intric and Geax products to clients in the construction and foundation engineering sectors. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Soilmec, Geax, TEI & Intric product lines, features, and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION:

Organize and conduct training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams on the technical aspects of Soilmec, Geax, TEI and Intric products.
Develop educational materials and documentation to facilitate product understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of deep foundation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and foundation engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling sales messages.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean records
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
