Job Description Crush sales targets and increase market share in your assigned territory. Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects. Conduct product demonstrations, assist with field trials, and provide technical support to customers. Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships. Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities. Master Sika's product line, sales policies, and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking. Provide after-sales service, including product updates and complaint resolution. Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts, expenses, and monthly performance. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development. Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction markets Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills Analytical and organized with the ability to work autonomously and in a team Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
