TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – INBOUND/OUTBOUND SALES (HEATING & COOLING)

• TEER 2 Position for Immigration Support

  $17.20/hour + Commissions
  Full-Time | 5–6 Days/Week (Weekends Required)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year commitment required
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday and weekends (5–6 days/week)
• Previous experience in sales or call centre roles is an asset
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly to customers
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Voysus CE Inc. is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Scarborough, ON. In this in-person role, you will represent Reliance Home Comfort, a leading provider of residential heating and cooling solutions across Canada.
This is a hybrid sales position, involving both Inbound and Outbound calls, where you will engage with customers to understand their home comfort needs and offer tailored solutions on heating, cooling, and related services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers inquiring about HVAC products and services
• Conduct outbound follow-ups on inquiries and leads
• Provide product knowledge and technical insights related to heating and cooling systems
• Effectively promote plans and services to match customer needs
• Close sales while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
• Maintain accurate notes and customer details in CRM tools
