In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of BASF customers across Melbourne, providing hands-on training, expert product selection guidance, and exceptional colour matching using our renowned Glasurit product range.   As a Glasurit Technician you will: Visit customers throughout your territory, providing personalized training and solutions. Connect with customers and understand their specific needs and challenges. Build strong relationships to gain insights into customers’ team capabilities and identify how Glasurit products can best serve them. Provide advice to our customers on new and relevant products and services. Develop a strategic account plan for your list of customers, ensuring a targeted approach that maximizes impact and uncovers sales opportunities with Glasurit.   Ingredients for Success   To excel in this role, you will need to blend your artistic experience with technical knowledge, establishing trust and rapport with customers from various backgrounds. Your understanding of these technical aspects will be crucial for delivering outstanding service.   You will have: Either a qualification in Automotive Refinish or equivalent spray painter qualification OR experience in Automotive spray coatings. High emotional intelligence to navigate and resolve challenges effectively, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and communication, both written and verbal.
