Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and improve sales results and performance to meet sales targets
  • Manage distributor relationships in your designated area
  • Actively call on end users to promote total company products
  • Develop and execute customer sales plans
  • Assist Product Managers on market surveys
  • Establish plans to grow sales with existing customers, in addition to growing sales with new customers
  • Partner with end users and distributors to identify new opportunities
  • Project work from time to time
  • Maintain a high standard of ethics and consistency when dealing with fellow employees
  • Any other duties as directed by the Regional Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  • Have a Trade certificate or Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Trade background and at least 5 years’ experience in an Industrial Sales position
  • Must have excellent knowledge in welding and cutting processes and associated equipment/consumables
  • Along with welding applications in engineering, fabrication, mining, oil and gas or pipelines
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar sales role – selling within the industrial market
