QUALIFICATION IN AUTOMOTIVE REFINISH
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to build collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, to resolve technical issues.
Excellent time management and prioritization with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in an automotive refinish sales environment.
Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM systems and processes (Salesforce).
Ability to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders.

SUCCESS AS A TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Provide training on the complete range of Sherwin-Williams products to distributors, resellers and end users.
Be a technical leader and provide solutions for customers through technical analysis to resolve performance or technical issues.
Partnering with distributors and resellers to develop new account target lists.
Placing a high focus on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with distributors, resellers and end users.
Using your technical prowess to provide technical support as required to distributors, resellers and end users.
