TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location:BC & Yukon
Base Salary:$70,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
OTE:$140,000–$160,000 (uncapped commissions)About Us:

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting industrial, commercial, healthcare, and public sector clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Provide technical consultations, prepare quotes, and deliver product presentations using Zoho CRM and QuickBooks.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed a $2M annual sales quota.
  • Support the estimating team and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Attend industry events and provide market insights to align marketing efforts.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in HVAC or mechanical systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydronic heating, steam systems, or venting equipment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and QuickBooks (or similar tools).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel in BC & Yukon.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, self-motivation, and resilience.
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
