Description

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Technosub is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our sales force in Northwestern Ontario. The Technical Sales Representative works under the supervision of the Technosub – Sales Manager. His or her main mandate is to promote the full range of Technosub and Mudwizard products and ensure a growth in sales in the Northwestern Ontario Territory. The candidate will support the customer base by providing technical support as well as application analysis in water treatment and pumping application requests. This position represents an addition to the Technosub sales team.

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) to five (5) year experience in industrial sales with strong knowledge of the mining industry.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a valid driver’s license as well as a good driving record;
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers;
  • Knowledge of the mining or industrial markets are an important asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the representation of the Technosub and Mudwizard products lines for the Northwestern Ontario Territory;
  • Resolve dewatering challenges and develop new business opportunities with new and existing customer base;
  • Share technical knowledge on our product lines and ensure application analysis;
  • Maintain and develop solid business relationships;
  • Provide outstanding customer service;
  • Collaborate with contract management;
  • Manage and maintain accounts receivable;
  • Contribute to training and to the growth of our clients (lunch and learn, pumps school);
  • Collaborate with our Integrated Solutions Team for the “turnkey projects”;
  • Establish the schedule and priorities in collaboration with Sales and Production Coordinators to maintain Technosub efficient delivery standard;
  • Offer support to colleagues in the Timmins branch and ensure regular presence;
  • All other relate tasks.
