We are expanding our tool demonstrator team by adding new vans to our fleet.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and positive technical van sales operative to join our team. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding and ideally experience in automotive tools sector. You will be customer focused, friendly and a team player.
The Tool Connection has an enviable reputation for producing high quality, interesting and innovative products into both new and established markets
Working for our Laser Tools brand, you will visit customers and demonstrate our tools from one of our custom-made mobile showrooms. You will support customers and build on existing relationships, as well growing our customer base with new leads.
The right candidate will develop an expert knowledge of our products and become an outstanding advocate for our brand.

Responsibilities
  • To safely drive mobile showroom to customer destinations within identified timelines.
  • Set up and perform demonstrations of products, specialty & custom tools from mobile showroom
  • Organize, plan & coordinate tool shows for external customers.
  • Become proficient in providing technical service, repair & support on key products.
  • Support sales initiatives by preparing and delivering professional presentations.
  • Provide prompt, courteous customer interaction and support on customer premises.
  • Manage reporting requirements including customer documentation & reports, travel and expense reports, etc.
  • Safeguard and maintain mobile showroom inventory.
  • Should be able to develop and implement appropriate solutions for problems identified.
  • Work to continually increase sales within an agreed area (divided by postcode) by calling on current customers and generating sales, taking orders & selling new products.
