REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5+ years of success in B2B, technical, or industrial sales roles

  • post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related field is an asset
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product offerings with confidence
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across assigned regions and industries

  • Identify customer needs and deliver compelling, tailored product solutions
  • Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships through responsiveness and integrity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and marketing to meet customer requirements
  • Deepen market presence and support key deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecast
