Description

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines customer-facing sales support with in-depth technical expertise, ensuring our clients receive the right battery solutions and the highest level of support. The position involves both pre-sales and after-sales engagement, technical training, and interstate travel to support customers and sales partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
· Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in battery or energy storage technology.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Familiarity with UPS and solar power applications.
· Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards.
· Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
· Strong verbal and written technical communication.
· High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
· Collaborative and customer-focused attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 – $780,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Promote the company’s products with the sales team by visiting customers, introducing products, answering technical questions, and providing solutions to customer needs.
· Provide battery solutions, including system sizing and rack design, tailored to client needs and requirements.
· Provide comprehensive technical support, including pre-sales assistance, after-sales troubleshooting, warranty analysis, and preparation of detailed reports.
· Prepare battery solution quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate contract finalisation with clients. Assist in closing deals by providing efficient battery system.
· Provide feedback and input to enhance product documentation, training materials, and technical support resources.
· Support operational tasks, including scheduling battery maintenance, overseeing stocktake, and reconciling inventory records.
· Stay current with competitor products, market conditions, and advancements in battery technology to inform business strategy.
